1.1. No refund can be completed once Users deposit (or part of Users deposit) has been played using the services provided by PayPlaySoft Limited.
1.2. A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours since the deposit transaction has been made by you, or within thirty (30) days if you provide sworn statements that another individual (or a minor) has accessed Users playing account.
1.3. A refund request will be considered on a case by case basis only if you have been using the website in full compliance with PayPlaySoft Limited Terms and Conditions. PayPlaySoft Limited may reject the request without giving any reason. A refund request may be approved or denied after consideration by PayPlaySoft Limited. Submitting a refund request is not a guarantee that such request will be approved.
1.4. It shall be noted, that if the deposit has been made via the payment system (payment aggregator), all requests for any refunds shall be made directly to such payment system (payment aggregator).
1.5. For the fraud prevention purposes, all payments (including deposits made via transfer of Virtual Game Units from Steam to the Websites) and information regarding refund is subject to verification by the employees of PayPlaySoft Limited. We may also ask User to verify the fact that Steam account belongs to him/her.
1.6. Thus, PayPlaySoft Limited may require User to submit additional documents, including, but not limited to:
1.6.1. Identification Documents (e.g. passport)
1.6.2. A scanned copy of Users credit/debit card
1.6.3. Utility Bill,
1.6.4. Birth Certificate,
1.6.5. Affidavit,
1.6.6. A check or some other confirmation that the payment was actually made,
1.6.7. Other supproting documents.
If User fails to provide the requested information within 3 (three) business days after receiving such request from PayPlaySoft Limited or if PayPlaySoft Limited employees have any doubts on the authenticity of the documents provided, PayPlaySoft Limited may deny such refund request.
1.7. PayPlaySoft Limited does not charge any additional fee for refund, except in cases where the payment processing involves a third party (banks or other organizations).
1.8. As User may place bet immediately through Steam, our Steam Bot accepts incoming trades with minimum time lags (the time period of placing a bet in a round depends on the load upon the Steam Servers and can range from 2 up to 180 seconds), SO USER SHALL BE AWARE that it is almost impossible to cancel a deposited bet - our bots send skins to the chosen Game almost immediately, and therefore, subject to section 1, no refund cannot be made.
1.9. If User manages to cancel Users bet made via Steam and get a confirmation ”Trade Offer Cancelled”, but, however, his/her bet (skins) play in, it means that the cancellation was made too late, and User received a confirmation ”Trade Offer Cancelled”, because of Steam Error. Even in this occasion we cannot return User his/her skins.
1.10. It shall be noted that we are working with Steam Trade Offer System and accept bets which are confirmed by Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator only. Therefore, situations when Users bet plays without his/her confirmation or by accidentl are impossible. Thus, we cannot return skins deposited as bets, .
1.11. If User cancels his/her winning accidentially, he/she may claim for a return of his/her winning by contacting our support support@csgofast.com. We, however, do not send any winnings to other User accounts.
1.12. As random skins from a winning are taken as a Service Commission, User cannot claim for a refund / return of such withheld skins or exchange them for others.
1.13. If a service commission is bigger than it is indicated by our rules, User may claim for a partial refund by contacting our tech support: support@csgofast.com.
1.14. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until Users identity is adequately established to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that any payment made to Us will be honored after a refund has been made. User agrees to provide, in case We demand, a notarized identification, or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of Users jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within five (5) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction shall not be effected, Users Account shall be closed and User shall forfeit all funds in Users Account, such decision shall be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
1.15. User shall play using a fair method on all games and should not in any way affect outcome of that game. This includes using computer aids, mathematical equations, betting systems etc.
1.16. User may withdraw Users winnings directly to Users bank account, to Users QIWI wallet, to Users Webmoney wallet, to Users Yandex money wallet and to Users Bitcoin wallet.
